I am a HUGE sweets freak. Food is over rated, give me my dessert! I live by the mantra of "Life is too short, eat dessert first." I need to have my daily sweets fix, no matter what diet I am on. If I deprive myself for one day, the next day I could probably eat an entire gallon of ice cream. At just 160 calories or less, the Breyer's Bars & Sandwiches may just be the answer! Sweet indulgence without all the calories.

UPDATE: I had the opportunity to try each variety (except for the strawberry) and although they were all very good, my favorite was the Vanilla Caramel Chip Bar. You would never be able to tell that these were only 160 calories each. The ice cream was smooth & creamy, not icy and watery. Full of flavor and a fantastic treat!
