How about a class in making sure faucets and lights are fully off when not in use?

I loved this list! My husband has a habit of leaving empty things on the kitchen counter, instead of putting them in the garbage or recycle bin (empty milk cartons, empty soup cans, etc). Drives me nuts! How hard is it to turn around and throw something in the garbage can??!
I see what you mean. You should know that just two days ago I replaced the toilet paper - with the paper on top of course.
