Sugar Overload
Hurray! Last night I attended my last class in the Wilton Cake Decorating Series. Although, I found them quite fun, I must admit that I was all "classed" out! I basically had to lug all my crap to the class along with a cake for the past four months. I like to work at my own pace and needless to say, I was the slowest in the class. There is just so much you can do in 2 hours with about a 15x12 area of workspace. I do admit that I learned quite a bit and am happy that I took the classes. I would also recommend them to anyone interested in cake decorating. I'm just content with practicing in my own home.

Awesome cakes! Too bad you live so far away - I've been asked to send cupcakes for Anna Marie's class Halloween party next week, and those would be perfect!
