BREATHE

A question was posteded on the CK message board about the word that you would choose for the new year. It was posted based on Ali Edwards blog and her recent post is about her "word" for the year. http://aliedwards.typepad.com/

I am posting my response and elaborating a bit about it on my blog. Mainly, so I wont forget.


I choose "BREATHE".

I can apply it to most situations that I may encounter this year.

BREATHE, and jump into new adventures & experiences.
BREATHE, and let my child go out into the world as an adult.
BREATHE, and don't let the little things get to me.
BREATHE, and not stress about things that I have absolutely no control over.
BREATHE, and just live because every day is precious and I never know if it will be my last.

So, that's my word for 2007.
